Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings September 29, 2016, beginning at 5:30 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA
The listing of matters, are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair, which may be discussed at the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.

- 22 Pinewood Rd. Applicants- Weaver, Lyons and Gonyeau have old dock that they will replace with aluminum dock/ composite decking. Pre fabricated. Will be assembled on site. Negative Determination RDA 2016-0012
- 191 Moreau Rd. Applicant- Gerald Landry will repair existing retaining wall and remove one stump. Negative determination RDA 2016-0013
- 6 Ona Drive. Applicants Richard and Dianne Moreau will replace old septic tank and several stumps. Negative Determination RDA 2016-0014
- 38 One Dr. Applicants David and Arlene Hiller seek to repair existing dock. Damage unknown until work progresses. Negative Determination RDA 2016-0015
